We inspect all accessible roofing systems, including flat and pitched roofs, membrane materials, drainage systems, flashing, parapets, and rooftop equipment.
EXTERIOR
We assess exterior components such as facades, walkways, loading docks, parking areas, doors, windows, siding, paint, and structural elements.
HVAC
Our team examines the building’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including rooftop units, ductwork, filters, thermostats, and general condition of the HVAC infrastructure.
PLUMBING
We inspect visible plumbing systems including restrooms, breakrooms, water heaters, backflow preventers, shut-off valves, and check for signs of leaks or deterioration.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
We review the commercial electrical systems such as panels, breakers, conduit, lighting, outlets, and grounding, ensuring everything appears safe and up to code.

FOUNDATION, BASEMENTS & STRUCTURAL SPACES
We evaluate foundational components and accessible structural spaces for signs of water damage, settlement, cracking, or other potential red flags.
ATTIC, INSULATION & VENTILATION
If applicable, we inspect attic or upper-level mechanical areas for ventilation, insulation levels, pest intrusion, moisture, and general conditions.
